Canadian Valley Electric is excited for you to become a member of the cooperative! In order to start your new service request, please have your warranty deed uploaded with the New Service Request form below.
Please allow ten working days for a Canadian Valley Field Representative to contact you to set up a date and time to meet with you once all forms have been submitted. Canadian Valley Electric will contact you via email or phone if more information is still needed.
A New Service will require an on-site meeting to determine equipment placement. Please have your site plan with you. Our field representative will provide you with any additional information. Staking engineers do not carry any paperwork with them.
Please return all payments, forms, easements, permits, and other requested documents. After submitting all required documents and fees to Canadian Valley, your new service will be scheduled for construction.
You will need a qualified improvement before construction begins. (New water well, new water meter, water lines (if using the existing facility), new septic, septic line (if using the existing facility), or foundation for houses larger than 800 sq ft.
