Coronavirus (COVID-19) response March 19, 2020

 

Dear Members,

With the uncertainty created by the coronavirus pandemic, we know that the members we serve are facing many challenges and concerns. We want to assure you that Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative is taking steps to help protect the well-being of our members and employees while continuing to provide reliable power. As a cooperative we have the responsibility to do what is in the best interest of all of our members.

Currently we have taken the following steps:

  • Encouraging Social Distancing for our employees and our members

  • Additional cleaning and sanitizing at all locations

  • At this time we have made the difficult decision to close our facilities to the public

    • The Seminole office is open only via the drive-thru

    • The Eufaula office is open only via the door drop

    • The Seminole warehouse is closed to the general public

  • We are encouraging members to make payment via one of the following methods

    • SmartHub App

    • Website – www.mycvec.coop

    • Pay by phone – 405.382.3680

    • Automated (24/7) or via a Member Service Representative (8a-5p)

    • Night Deposit

 

As we move through this challenging time together, CVEC is dedicated to finding and offering the best solutions for our members and communities.
